I am currently a Qigong and Tai Chi instructor at Moanalua/Aiea Community School for Adults, located at Moanalua High School in the Salt Lake area of Honolulu.

January 12 through January 23 at Moanalua/Aiea Community School for Adults
Monday through Thursday from 8am to 7pm, Friday from 8am to 4pm

LEGAL HOLIDAYS and BREAKS (No classes on these days)

Qigong for Health: Organ Cleansing and other Qigong forms
10 classes - $30 payable at registration

Tuesday – February 3 through April 21
6:30pm - 8pm at Moanalua High School Student Center
Qigong for Health: Organ Cleansing and 8 Treasures Qigong
10 classes - $30 payable at registration

Wednesday – February 4 through April 22
5:30pm - 6:30pm at Ala Pu'umalu Community Park
Qigong for Health: Organ Cleansing and Tai Chi short form
10 classes - $20 payable at registration

Wednesday – February 4 through April 22
6:45pm – 8:15pm at Moanalua High School Student Center
Taiji Qigong and Taiji Ball Qigong
10 classes - $30 payable at registration

Thursday – February 5 through April 23
6:30pm - 8pm at Moanalua High School Student Center
Tai Chi short form: Yang style 10 step and 16 step forms
10 classes - $30 payable at registration

All classes begin with a 20 minute Qigong warmup, Zhan Zhuang standing Qigong meditation and Self Healing Qigong practice.
